Nafziger Project - Living Room

In tackling the Nafziger project, our focus was to remodel the formal living room while keeping the existing flooring and navy blue paint color intact. This endeavor involved thoughtful space planning, selection of new furnishings and accessories, and styling.

The client requested to anchor the room around the piano, with as much seating as possible. This led to a well-thought-out seating arrangement, that included the purchasing of a stylish and comfortable extra-long sofa as well as new armchairs. The result was an inviting layout that encourages social gatherings without sacrificing comfort. 

Styling played a crucial role in tying everything together. We chose frames to display family photos, textiles to tie the room together and accessory pieces to add sophistication and charm. 

The Nafziger project was truly a thoughtful compostion that was a joy to piece together. The room now stands as a testament to balanced design, telling a story of warmth, comfort and elegance, where existing elements were honoured and new additions seamlessly elevated the overall aesthetic.
